The information you share
The inquiry asks for a name, email, destination, approximate dates and party size. Budget, phone and message are optional. These details are used to handle your travel inquiry; do not include passport, payment or sensitive health information.
Storage and access
The intended service stores inquiries in Google Firebase through a validated backend. Browser clients cannot read or directly write inquiry records. A hashed network identifier is used to limit abuse. Local review uses an isolated emulator and synthetic inquiries.
Optional analytics
Analytics is disabled by default in this milestone. If enabled at launch, it starts only after you allow it. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Inquiry details are not sent to analytics.
Before this service launches
The business must approve its legal identity, privacy contact, retention and deletion periods, lawful basis, processors, international transfers and rights process. This draft does not establish those unresolved arrangements.
